Every morning, I make sure to take some time to thank God for allowing me to see another day. I thank him for whatever else I’m thankful for in that moment. I thank him for his unconditional love and the gift of his grace.
Spending time with your family is important. Sometimes we take that for granted too. Call or text someone you haven’t spoken to in a while to see how they’re doing. If someone does something for you, even if it’s something that they are expected to do, take the time to show your appreciation for them.
When you get frustrated about life’s issues, think about what you’re grateful for and focus on that instead. If you’re having a great day, think about what you’re thankful for. Always remember to give God thanks in good times and in bad.
