Thank God for the delays, redirections, unopened doors, and for what appears to be unanswered prayers. Thank him for being a father who doesn’t always give us what we ask for, but rather gives us the things we need. We may not be aware that what we are asking for comes at a price we are not able to handle. We may be asking for something that will cause harm instead of what we think will happen. Thank God for His perfect love for us. Thank him for protecting us from the dangers we’re not aware of.
