Trusting what we can see is easy. We can see the paycheck, the doctor’s report, and our current circumstances. Faith requires us to look beyond what we can see. Believing that God is working even when we can’t see the results is an example of living by faith. Choosing to trust God and his timing when we are faced with uncertainty is another example. Living by faith doesn’t mean pretending everything is perfect. It means trusting God with every decision and every aspect of your life because he is faithful. Remember that God sees the whole picture, and we have a limited amount of information. No matter how the situation looks, trust that God is working things out in your favor.
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” 2 Corinthians 5:7
